Full Time Associate Program

Fixed Income Sales and Trading Associates begin their career at Cantor Fitzgerald with a formal training program in New York. This training introduces them to Cantor Fitzgerald and its client-oriented approach, augmenting the skills required to succeed in the fixed income market place.

The training program consists of rotations and classroom training on topics including fixed income products, bond math and Bloomberg in addition to receiving training for the Series 7 and Series 63 licensing exams.

After completing the formal classroom training, Associates participate in a rotation through all the Fixed Income businesses where they have the opportunity to explore various business functions and learn directly from the skilled fixed income professionals. Placement decisions are made in conjunction with the head of Fixed Income and are based on the overall business needs as well as Associate preferences.
